Data Science Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to answer business questions and identify opportunities.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within large and complex datasets using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Develop and enhance data science processes, analytical models, automation tools, and workflows.
• Use SQL and Python to query, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Leverage Databricks and Power Automate to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
• Support the development of AI-enabled, machine learning, and automation solutions.
• Translate business objectives into analytical solutions and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, and predictive modeling (preferred).
• Experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation (preferred).
• Experience with Databricks, automation technologies, or data engineering concepts (preferred).
• Experience developing analytical models, workflows, automation solutions, or AI-enabled capabilities (preferred).
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations (preferred).
• Demonstrated project management skills and effective communication skills (preferred).
