Data Quality Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the quality assurance efforts for the Reinsurance Datawarehouse Application releases.
• Design and execute Master Test Plans for data projects using manual spot-checks and automated regression suites.
• Manage a team of QA Analysts by reviewing their SQL scripts and test cases.
• Integrate automated data tests into the deployment pipeline in coordination with DevOps.
• Implement automated checks for data completeness and referential integrity within Snowflake.
• Verify Role-Based Access Control and data masking to ensure compliance with GDPR and industry regulations.
• Reconcile Power BI reports against Snowflake raw data and source systems using complex SQL.
• Produce quality control evidence and documentation for business and audit signoff.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse, Reporting, Data Quality, or Data Testing.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills for validating, reconciling, and analyzing data used for reporting.
• Experience performing data-focused QA testing for financial, insurance, reinsurance, regulatory, or operational reporting solutions.
• Experience developing and maintaining QA automation and automated regression testing for data and reporting platforms.
• Experience creating audit-ready testing documentation, test evidence, and user sign-off materials.
• Experience with Power BI reporting validation and testing (preferred).
