Data Quality & Assurance Lead

What you'll do

• Drive program efficiency and effectiveness by implementing data management tools and techniques for business owners and technical teams.
• Manage metadata, data lineage, and authoritative source certifications within the Enterprise Data Repository.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and data quality metrics while overseeing timely remediation efforts.
• Design data quality rules, thresholds, and standard metrics for critical business processes in complex situations.
• Develop and implement master and reference data processes to align with enterprise policies and standards.
• Lead privacy initiatives by classifying and analyzing sensitive data to ensure proper risk mitigation.
• Partner with IT teams to define and implement complex access management strategies based on governance policies.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks within specific data spokes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a business or science field, or 4 years of relevant education and experience.
• 8 years of experience in information management, business application functions, or data delivery (6 years if holding an advanced degree).
• Advanced SQL knowledge including SQL-based languages.
• Experience working in Agile Methodology.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Information Management strategies and processes in complex situations.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and provide indirect leadership to deliver results.
• Expert communication skills with the ability to present complex technical details to all levels of management.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking is preferred; CDMP certification is preferred.
