Data Quality & Assurance Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the collection and stitching of data lineage to ensure complete end-to-end flow of critical data.
• Design data quality rules, thresholds, and standard metrics for data elements supporting critical business processes.
• Develop and oversee high-risk data quality corrective action plans and remediation efforts.
• Manage metadata and data lineage within the Enterprise Data Repository to ensure information is understood.
• Maintain the validity of Information Asset Inventories and ensure compliance with Information Governance standards.
• Lead privacy initiatives through the classification and analysis of sensitive data to mitigate inherent risks.
• Partner with IT to define and implement complex Access Management strategies aligned with corporate policies.
• Monitor service level agreements and data quality metrics to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a business or science field, or 4 years of relevant education/experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in an information management practice, business application function, or data delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Information Management strategies and processes in complex situations.
• Proven experience leading projects or programs applying data management practices and tools to address data lifecycle risks.
• Advanced SQL knowledge including SQL-based languages.
• Experience working in Agile Methodology.
• Demonstrated expert communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to all levels of management.
• Financial services, insurance, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience (preferred).
• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification (preferred).
• US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred).
