Data Expert, Data and Automation GenAI Governance

What you'll do

• Execute GenAI Standards of Care evaluations for complex and high-impact use cases.
• Review architectural designs, data sources, and technical testing to ensure solution integrity.
• Apply policy, procedure, and playbook requirements to validate evidence sufficiency and governance alignment.
• Identify and document risk gaps while providing actionable feedback to stakeholders and solution owners.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards to track progress and identify systemic trends.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvements to reduce risk and operational workload.
• Manage data integration and security issues to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Preferred skills include analytical thinking, data analytics, data mining, and data science.
• Preferred skills include machine learning and Snowflake GenAI competencies.
• Preferred skills include application design, architecture, business intelligence, and data governance.
• Preferred skills include informatics/information sciences, IT standards, procedures, and policies.
• Preferred skills include modeling (data, process, events, objects) and root cause analysis.
• Candidates must be able to identify risk, control gaps, and remediation requirements using sound judgment.
