Data Management and Governance Specialist

What you'll do

• Define and deliver complex projects involving data migration from on-premise systems to the cloud.
• Conduct customer intake processes including vision and scoping exercises with leads and data owners.
• Coordinate across analytics technology and resource teams to meet consumer expectations.
• Identify key opportunities and create value propositions with business partners for critical use cases.
• Manage project delivery, including prioritization, team management, financial tracking, and drafting statements of work.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs while escalating risks to the leadership team with mitigation plans.
• Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for all involved parties.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Minneapolis, MN.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading Data & Analytics engagement in a Managed Service Model.
• Minimum 3 years of experience meeting SLAs and KPIs while managing risks and mitigation plans.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project delivery, team management, financial tracking, and drafting statements of work.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate degree with at least 6 years of experience, or 12 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, AWS Glue, Power BI, Power App, Tableau, Snowflake, or Informatica (preferred).
• Experience in Data management & Governance and ERP Business Analysis or Data Mapping (preferred).
• 1+ years of consulting experience managing engagements in an onsite-offshore model (preferred).
