Data Excellence Manager

What you'll do

• Lead a team of internal and outsourced experts to improve customer data quality.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap to address various customer data challenges.
• Create an outsourcing strategy for continuous, always-on data cleanup tasks.
• Manage contractors to scale data quality initiatives, reporting, and analytics.
• Influence the implementation and enablement of internal systems and tools.
• Define and measure key metrics to track success against project goals.
• Build dashboards to visualize progress and report status to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and resolve operational gaps.

What we're looking for

• Must have 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in high-tech or management consulting.
• Ability to own problems, investigate root causes, and ensure execution.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership.
• Willingness to perform individual contributor work while leading a team.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Preferred experience managing outsourced services.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced analytics tools, and BI visualization tools.
