What you'll do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Data Engineers and Technical Leads.
Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for enterprise data products from planning to production support.
Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and data quality validation.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions by partnering with stakeholders and product managers.
Guide the development of cloud-native data solutions using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and Python.
Ensure data products are designed to support AI applications, machine learning, and real-time analytics.
Manage operational health including performance, cost optimization, and technical debt reduction.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
Experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Platforms.
Experience leading engineering teams.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud data solutions and knowledge of modern data architectures.
Proficiency with technologies including AWS, Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, Databricks, dbt, Python, Spark, SQL, and Kafka.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience operating in a large, global, regulated enterprise environment.
