Data Engineer As a Data Engineer, you will join the team to build the foundational data infrastructure necessary for high-fidelity simulations in the space domain. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable data pipelines that ingest disparate, multi-domain, and multi-classification data sources to transform them into clean, structured schemas. This work supports a multidisciplinary team of exercise planners and systems architects by providing the underlying data required for mission-critical models. To succeed in this role, you must possess experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or C#, along with knowledge of database systems, schema design, normalization, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Preferred qualifications include experience with APIs, Palantir Foundry, modeling and simulation software like AFSIM and STK, and specific knowledge of orbital mechanics or electronic warfare.
