Data Center DCIM Program Leader - Infrastructure Operations at Cloudflare

What you'll do

• Own the successful deployment of CAPEX investments for infrastructure scaling.
• Design and enforce global DCIM Workflow and Change Management policies.
• Support complex API/database integration between Nlyte and core enterprise systems.
• Develop forward-looking capacity models with the Capacity Planning team.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, optimization, and automation.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and executive communication during critical events.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Data Center Operations, including inventory control and asset lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and manage vendor relationships in high-pressure environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of ITIL v4, particularly Change and Configuration Management, with global-scale enforcement experience.
• Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, including hardware configurations and maintenance management functionalities.
• Experience managing a major DCIM platform (Nlyte preferred) and driving change management in ERP transformation efforts.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
