What you'll do
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Associate Engineer program, from onboarding to graduation.
Design and implement hands-on labs, certification paths, and competency-based assessments for technical depth and soft skills.
Serve as primary liaison between University Recruiting, Sales Leadership, and Global Enablement to align program output with business needs.
Provide direct management, coaching, and mentorship to a cohort of Associate Engineers, offering structured feedback and career pathing.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ASE program, including time to productivity and graduation rates.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Program Management, or customer-facing technical roles.
Proven track record of building and managing large-scale technical training programs.
3+ years of experience with Internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS), Cloud Security, or Edge Computing.
Experience creating structured learning paths and hands-on lab environments for technical education.
Ability to navigate complex organizations and gain buy-in from senior Sales and Engineering leadership.
2+ years of experience managing teams or leading high-impact cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and ability to integrate them into a technical curriculum.
