What you'll do

  • Manage and administer Nlyte Workflow/Work Order processes for physical MAC tickets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to defined global processes by technicians.
  • Maintain 99.5%+ data accuracy through daily data entry and inventory reconciliation.
  • Own the entire asset lifecycle from receiving to decommissioning in Nlyte.
  • Model Library Management: Update and maintain precise resource profiles for new hardware models.
  • Provide hands-on training and support for global technicians on using Nlyte tools and workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or DCIM administration.
  • Proficiency in administering workflow and change management systems.
  • Experience with data center infrastructure including hardware and cabling standards.
  • High proficiency in physical inventory control using barcode/RFID systems.
  • Expertise in managing high-volume Move, Add, Change (MAC) processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce strict process adherence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience writing SOPs for remote teams.
