What you'll do

  • Analyze infrastructure demand and long-term scaling considerations across physical data center assets.
  • Consolidate engineering and platform insights to inform leadership on capacity readiness and growth projections.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of physical infrastructure to align with platform needs.
  • Identify and communicate infrastructure capacity risks and gaps to enable proactive mitigation.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to promote consistent planning practices and operational discipline.
  • Drive the adoption of automation and AI-driven analytics in data center capacity planning processes.
  • Translate complex infrastructure data into actionable investment priorities for senior leadership.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to solidify long-term global data center strategy.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • Experience in data center colocation operations, infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, capacity planning, or engineering program leadership.
  • Experience coordinating cross-team planning initiatives in complex infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to translate infrastructure data and analytics into strategic insights for senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, capacity planning, or engineering program leadership (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, compute infrastructure, cloud platforms, and large scale distributed systems (preferred).
  • Experience with infrastructure planning, capacity governance, strategy functions, telemetry, or automated planning systems (preferred).
