What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product analytics including funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for major feature launches.
  • Build new data products to enhance analytic and reporting capabilities within the organization.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and optimization.
  • Design and implement PLG automations that translate product behavior into actionable insights in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Apply GenAI and ML techniques to improve web-sourced feature adoption opportunities and predictive modeling for transactions.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of product data analysis experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Expert SQL skills and proficiency with cloud BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Hands-on experience with product instrumentation platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses that drive actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to product and executive teams.
