What you'll do

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the enterprise Insider Threat program aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive strategies to leverage AI and advanced data analytics for detecting and mitigating insider threats.
  • Design and implement a new, data-centric process to protect the firm against evolving insider risks.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the insider threat program, including detection, triage, response, and mitigation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, legal, HR, and compliance on insider threat matters.
  • Engage with industry peers and intelligence groups to benchmark programs and identify emerging trends.
  • Establish governance, risk management, and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate program effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team within the Cybersecurity Fusion Center.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, insider threat, or related functions within corporate, government, or regulated environments.
  • 15+ years of experience in people management with multiple direct reports.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing strategic vision for major security programs.
  • Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of an insider threat program including detection, triage, and remediation.
  • Strong focus on data analytics and familiarity with leveraging AI/ML for security solutions.
  • Experience leading large-scale cyber and digital transformations focused on data and AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
