JOB TITLE: Cybersecurity Insider Threat, Director The Cybersecurity Insider Threat, Director is a senior leadership position within the Cybersecurity Fusion Center of the Chief Information Security Office. What you'll do

Define and execute the strategic vision for the enterprise Insider Threat program.
Drive the strategy for leveraging AI and advanced data analytics to detect and mitigate insider threats.
Lead the design and implementation of a new, data-centric process to protect the firm against insider risk.
Manage the full lifecycle of the insider threat program, including detection, triage, response, and mitigation.
Integrate behavioral, technical, and contextual indicators to enable a holistic, risk-based security approach.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, legal, HR, and compliance on insider threat matters.
Contribute to enterprise governance, risk management, and control frameworks related to insider threats.
Engage with industry peers and intelligence-sharing groups to benchmark programs and identify emerging trends.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, insider threat, or relevant experience in a corporate, government, or regulated environment.
15+ years of experience in people management with multiple direct reports.
Proven track record of defining and executing strategic vision for a major security program.
Experience designing, implementing, or maturing insider threat detection and mitigation programs.
Strong focus on data and familiarity with leveraging AI/ML for security solutions.
Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of an insider threat program, including identification, assessment, prioritization, and remediation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree (preferred).
