Lead, Insider Risk - Cyber Defense & Response

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end triage and investigations of insider risk events while enforcing consistent investigative standards.
• Conduct digital forensics, evidence collection, and preservation while maintaining a strict chain-of-custody.
• Analyze insider risk incidents to identify behavioral indicators, root causes, and organizational control gaps.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and IT teams to ensure consistent handling of insider risk cases.
• Provide executive reporting that translates investigation outcomes and behavioral trends into actionable intelligence.
• Drive prevention initiatives by improving policies, controls, and targeted awareness programs based on findings.
• Mature insider risk capabilities by incorporating threat intelligence and behavioral analytics.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in user activity monitoring, digital forensics, and behavioral analytics.
• Experience with insider risk detection and response strategies.
• Knowledge of data integration tools, SIEM platforms, and forensic analysis software.
• Familiarity with regulatory and privacy requirements related to employee monitoring and insider risk programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence training and awareness for purposes of insider risk mitigation.
• Relevant Certifications: GCFA, GCFR, CISSP, GCTI, or CITPM (preferred).
