What you'll do

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology systems.
Manage IT system infrastructure and all related operational processes.
Monitor and resolve problems for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices.
Resolve Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) technical issues.
Communicate status updates regarding technical issues to agency management and internal customers.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and associated software.
Maintain and configure network components to improve system reliability and performance.
Perform system capacity analysis, planning, and optimization of resource utilization.

What we're looking for

Must have a High School Diploma with 10 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
Must possess an active and current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Experience providing support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Ability to provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
Experience managing day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
Proficiency in configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components.
Ability to optimize system operations, perform capacity analysis, and communicate status to management and customers.
