Cyber Analytics Platform Architect

What you'll do

• Design data architecture solutions for cloud computing, managed services, and service-oriented architectures.
• Resolve routine data architecture issues in coordination with business analysts and technology teams.
• Provide recommendations on future data architecture development to project staff.
• Analyze business needs related to data architecture and infrastructure.
• Develop security data pipeline architectures including log collection, normalization, enrichment, and routing.
• Architect detection engineering pipelines, threat hunting workflows, and automated response capabilities.
• Integrate EDR or NDR solutions into existing security platforms.
• Deploy platforms across cloud, on-premises, and disconnected environments using container orchestration.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in defensive cyber operations, cybersecurity engineering, or security platform architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Elastic Security, Microsoft Sentinel, or Google Chronicle.
• 3+ years of experience with stream processing and data brokering tools like Apache Kafka, Logstash, Fluentd, or Cribl.
• Experience designing security data pipeline architectures including log collection, normalization, enrichment, and routing.
• Experience with data lake/analytics platforms (Databricks, Apache Iceberg, Snowflake) and architecting detection engineering pipelines.
• Experience deploying platforms across cloud and on-premises environments using Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift while applying Zero Trust principles.
• Secret clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
