What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional engagements involving customer engineering and Arm teams to accelerate technology adoption.
  • Own governance of complex customer programs, managing risks and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Coordinate large-scale initiatives across multiple workstreams and organizations within Arm.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational blockers impacting customer success.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, driving prioritization for key requirements.
  • Develop trusted partnerships to strengthen Arm’s position in strategic cloud infrastructure accounts.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or strategic program leadership.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of IP development lifecycles, hardware/software co-development, and system integration processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills at both engineering and executive levels.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities to manage complex engagements effectively.
