Senior Strategic Deputy/POM & Budget Integration Officer

What you'll do

• Represent CROCS equities and programmatic direction at executive and senior-level engagements.
• Lead and synchronize Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities across the Department of the Air Force and OSD.
• Serve as a principal liaison between Headquarters Air Force, DAF/DOW cyber stakeholders, and OSD Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation.
• Provide decision-quality analysis regarding cybersecurity, infrastructure, and DoD budgetary processes to senior leadership.
• Manage resource allocation, financial oversight, and strategic alignment for critical infrastructure cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop and deliver high-visibility executive briefs, white papers, and memoranda for Flag Officers and SES.
• Coordinate multi-agency actions and draft staff action packages for various defense stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Master's Degree (preferred).
• Active DOD TOP SECRET / SCI eligible clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• 5+ years navigating OSD governance, staffing processes, and senior-level decision forums.
• 8+ years directly supporting Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution cycles.
• 5+ years experience in Air Force budget formulation, execution, and Department of the Air Force cybersecurity/defense operations.
• 5+ years preparing and presenting decision-quality briefs to Flag Officers and SES.
• 3+ years drafting staff action packages and multi-agency coordination products.
• Experience with financial data systems (PRISM, Forum, SAP-FSC) (preferred).
• Completion of Professional Military Education/Joint Qualification (JPME I/II) (preferred).
