What we're looking for
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
- 10+ years of experience setting up, integrating, and troubleshooting automated robotic systems for manufacturing engineering or production.
- Experience in technology development regarding robotics, automation, end effector design, and process improvement.
- Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment to understand and optimize production systems.
- Prior experience working with engineering partners or contractors to build or modify automated production systems (preferred).
- Experience with process improvement including ROI justification for operational changes (preferred).
- Application of lean manufacturing and linear flow principles in a production environment (preferred).
- Expertise in metallurgical, welding, automation, and materials development for fabrication and assembly (preferred).
