As a Liaison Officer Cyber National Mission Forces - Cyber Planner, you will join the IBM Consulting team to oversee the organization, administration, and supervision of consulting resources, business operation processes, and technologies required for high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for driving service performance through established programs and policies, managing contract and account financial performance, and leading teams by removing obstacles to ensure successful collaboration. Your role involves evaluating customer feedback to identify improvements and developing strategies that combine business and technical support functions. The position requires expertise in cybersecurity services management, including threat management and incident response, as well as skills in contract negotiation and financial management tools like budgeting and forecasting. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access to support these critical cybersecurity service delivery operations.

What we're looking for
Master's Degree (preferred).
Must possess and have the ability to maintain active Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
US Citizenship required.
Proven experience in overseeing the organization, administration, and supervision of consulting resources and business operation processes.
Established track record of ensuring high-quality Cybersecurity Services are delivered to clients.
Experience managing contract/account financial performance and developing strategies to drive business performance.
Team leadership skills to remove obstacles and ensure effective collaboration (preferred); experience with contract negotiation and financial management tools (preferred).
