The Counterintelligence / Information Operations Intelligence (CI/IOI) Analyst Sr Principal provides multi-discipline analysis and planning support for an Air Force client. This role involves managing highly sensitive, classified programs and Special Access Programs while ensuring security and signature reduction. The analyst will research, evaluate, and provide written recommendations to senior leadership regarding counterintelligence, intelligence collection, and potential security vulnerabilities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing complex proposals, coordinating sensitive activities without disclosing national security intentions, and providing subject matter expertise on defense policies. Required skills include intelligence reporting, research, and analysis of information operations. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, message distribution programs, and Analyst Notebook. This position addresses critical security challenges within the Air Force and Department of Defense by protecting sensitive capabilities through rigorous oversight and proactive threat assessment.
Provide written recommendations to senior leadership regarding counterintelligence, security, and signature reduction issues.
Identify and assess potential security vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant directives and regulations.
Prepare future threat analysis assessments for Air Force and Department of Defense operations.
Brief senior officials on sensitive activities while ensuring no disclosure of National Security intent or capabilities.
Translate customer needs into specific application and operational requirements for intelligence products.
What we're looking for
Must be a United States citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Must have 10 or more years of military or equivalent experience at the operational level.
Must have 5 or more years of intelligence/IO experience in a DoD component, or at least 4 years of IO, operations, policy, military planning, or intelligence/CI experience.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Must have mastery knowledge of DoD, National Security, and Intelligence Community organizations, policies, and directives.
Must have expertise in counterintelligence, HUMINT, and security operations in an international arena.
