What you'll do

Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for Solid Rocket Motor production equipment.
Write and debug structured, documented Siemens PLC code for high-volume manufacturing applications.
Build and maintain SCADA applications in Ignition, including tag architecture, Perspective screens, and historian configuration.
Integrate internal and external FactoryOS software into automation equipment and production lines.
Install, configure, and tune servo drives and VFDs.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures to ensure long-term reliability.
Ensure control systems meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming using Ladder and Structured Text.
Proficiency in servo drive and VFD configuration, PID tuning, STO/SS, and pneumatic concepts.
Proficiency in electrical component selection, wire sizing, circuit protection, and heat management.
Experience developing SCADA applications in Ignition including Perspective, tag architecture, and historian.
Knowledge of ethernet based communication protocols such as ProfiNET, ProfiSAFE, and Ethernet IP.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled information requirements.
