Technical Recruiter, Production (Technicians)

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle hiring processes including strategy development, clear communication, and progress reporting.
• Conduct high volumes of interviews to convert candidates into successful hires for production and engineering roles.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights that inform engagement strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data extraction, web-scraping, and process automation tools.
• Drive diverse talent into the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Partner with production leaders to define hiring needs and improve recruiting processes.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top tier talent.
• 1+ years of experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders on talent strategies.
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup for Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Hardware roles.
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at the Ashville, OH office.
• Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices (preferred).
• Experience acting in a consultative manner to improve outcomes and candidate experiences (preferred).
• Clear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation and fit (preferred).
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and tracking candidate progress (preferred).
