The Consulting Unifier Solution Manager serves as an individual contributor within the consulting team, leading complex, enterprise-scale Unifier implementations from discovery through stabilization. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders to design solution architectures, business processes, workflows, and data structures. Key responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, managing cross-functional delivery teams, and overseeing end-to-end testing and production readiness. The position requires advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, web technologies, relational databases, and enterprise integrations with systems like Primavera P6 and Oracle ERP. Candidates must demonstrate core competencies in project controls, capital project management, and contract administration. The work focuses on solving complex business problems in project-intensive industries such as engineering, construction, utilities, and manufacturing through robust software configuration and integration.
Lead enterprise-scale Unifier implementations from initial discovery through deployment and post-production stabilization.
Translate business needs into functional and technical designs through requirements workshops and solution architecture.
Design and oversee Unifier business processes, workflows, data structures, reports, dashboards, and security.
Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, technical resources, and partners to deliver project milestones.
Manage solution, delivery, data, and integration risks while leading executive governance discussions.
Provide technical guidance on integrations with Primavera P6, ERP, financial, and procurement systems.
Support pre-sales activities including discovery, estimates, proposals, and solution presentations.
Mentor consultants and develop reusable delivery assets and implementation standards.
What we're looking for
Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Must have extensive experience delivering enterprise software implementations in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
Must have advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration, workflow, reporting, security, administration, data management, and integration.
Must have demonstrated experience leading complex implementations involving multiple business units, integrations, geographies, or stakeholder groups.
Must have strong knowledge of project controls, capital project management, cost management, contract administration, or portfolio management.
Must have experience defining solution architecture and implementation strategy.
Must have proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and influence executive stakeholders.
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience integrating Unifier with Primavera P6, Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or other enterprise applications (preferred).
Experience in engineering, construction, utilities, oil and gas, public sector, transportation, or manufacturing (preferred).
Experience with implementation assessments, solution assurance, project recovery, or transformation advisory engagements (preferred).
Experience supporting consulting sales, proposals, estimates, and statements of work (preferred).
Relevant Oracle, Primavera, project management, construction management, cloud, or integration certifications (preferred).
