What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for Oracle Fusion CX Cloud, aligning with Motorola Solutions’ global processes.

  • Manage multiple CX implementation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as a primary advisor to executive stakeholders, translating technical requirements into business value.
  • Analyze and re-engineer global business processes to improve user experience and data integrity using Oracle CX best practices.
  • Lead and develop a team of internal analysts and external partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and agile delivery.
  • Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion AI features by designing solutions that leverage unified data models across the ecosystem.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, consulting, or IT management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on leadership within Oracle SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record leading full-lifecycle implementations of IT solutions.
  • Functional knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes.
