IT Solution Manager

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and support IT solutions and processes to meet Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Planning business requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to map functional needs and document detailed technical designs.
• Drive the full solution lifecycle including architecture, third-party software integration, development, and testing.
• Oversee the development and adoption of digital solutions to accelerate the company's digital transformation.
• Conduct as-is assessments of business processes, systems, and infrastructure for the ISC Planning area.
• Coordinate end-user testing, training plans, and data readiness for new system implementations.
• Provide hyper-care support following production implementations to facilitate defect closure and issue resolution.
• Manage cross-functional implementation issues and ensure successful technical handover to operations teams.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor's degree in IT (preferred) or 8 years of relevant experience, or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Integrated Supply Chain, SAP Configuration, Implementation, ERP, or OMP.
• Must be authorized to work legally in the country for which you are applying.
• Must have understanding of planning processes, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Business Hierarchy experience.
• Must have knowledge of OMP architecture and data, and experience with Planning master data.
• Must have experience with ECC configuration/RICEF designs and Planning elements such as Plants, Batch, MRP, STO, and ATP.
• Must have effective communication skills in both oral and written English.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP APO GATP, SAP APO SNC, Data Readiness, BODS/PI/PO Interfaces, and Project Management.
