Consultant, Technology Engineer: DEX

What you'll do

• Implement, configure, and maintain DEX platforms to measure and improve the user technology experience across devices and applications.
• Monitor device health, application performance, and network quality to identify and resolve issues before users report them.
• Build scripts and automated workflows for self-healing and resolving common technical issues like configuration drift or service failures.
• Integrate telemetry data from endpoints, networks, and identity systems to create comprehensive dashboards and experience scores.
• Perform root-cause analysis by correlating data across infrastructure and services to isolate the sources of poor user experiences.
• Optimize endpoint and application performance through proactive management of configurations, patching, and software distribution.
• Connect DEX capabilities with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow to automate resolutions and reduce service desk ticket volumes.
• Translate complex technical telemetry into actionable insights regarding business impact and product improvements for leadership.

What we're looking for

• Experience with the most complex integrated solutions to design and develop new and existing solutions for specialized needs.
• Six or more years of experience with multiple technologies across one or more domains including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and packaged solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting, specifically PowerShell (Python and shell scripting are also valued).
• Experience with endpoint engineering including Windows, macOS, Intune, and SCCM/MECM.
• Ability to integrate systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Knowledge of DEX platforms such as Nexthink, ControlUp, Lakeside SysTrack, Teamviewer, or WXP.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Technology certifications or designations in areas like AWS, Azure, scripting, or security (preferred).
