What you'll do

Serve as the technical lead and engineering partner for the AWD-NF platform.
Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of scalable platform capabilities and integrations.
Establish technical direction for application architecture, APIs, databases, messaging, and infrastructure.
Provide hands-on support for production stability, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
Mentor and coach engineers on coding standards, design techniques, and engineering practices.
Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans and clear requirements for the team.
Promote an automation-first culture by implementing DevSecOps practices and AI-enabled tools.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

What we're looking for

Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field are strongly preferred.
Minimum of six years of experience in programming and systems analysis is required.
Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
Must possess hands-on technical leadership experience to lead project teams and set technical direction.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript is required.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and API design is highly valued.
Knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases, Kafka, and front-end technologies like Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript is preferred.
Proficiency in CI/CD, DevSecOps, Linux environments, and infrastructure as code tools like Ansible or AWS CDK is preferred.
