Consultant, Scrum Master

What you'll do

• Lead Agile delivery practices and coach teams on Scrum standard work, product centricity, and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-team planning, dependency management, and Scrum of Scrums coordination across complex environments.
• Identify and remove blockers, surface risks early, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Partner with product, engineering, and architecture leaders to align priorities, sequencing, and capacity.
• Maintain accurate work visibility and performance metrics within Jira and other supporting tools.
• Guide teams through AI accelerated delivery and the application of DevOps, DataOps, and AI/MLOps principles.
• Organize and facilitate purposeful Scrum events to foster a culture of learning and transparency.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data.

What we're looking for

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or similar role in a large-scale technology delivery environment.
• At least six years of Agile experience, including three years as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Three or more years of experience working with ALM tools.
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum standard work, including Kanban and Lean frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in change management, coaching, and leading teams through operating model shifts.
• Experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
• Work authorization.
