Consultant, Product Manager

What you'll do

• Drive the vision and execution of an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
• Develop features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and buy-and-bill margin analysis.
• Create advanced scenario modeling tools for Average Sales Price (ASP) and reimbursement calculations.
• Integrate clinical data with GPO contract performance, rebate tracking, and specialty distribution services.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle including writing user stories and maintaining an agile backlog.
• Translate complex clinical, financial, and contract datasets into actionable tools for healthcare practices.
• Partner with customers and advisory boards to validate prototypes and ensure rapid product-market fit.

What we're looking for

• 4-8 years of software product management experience.
• Experience shipping data-heavy commercial enterprise analytics, financial technology, or B2B SaaS products (preferred).
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, including "Buy and Bill" mechanics and Average Sales Price impact.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous product discovery, rapid prototyping, and user experience research.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to align engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Experience working with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets such as medical claims and remittance data (preferred).
• AI/ML literacy and experience partnering with data scientists to build recommendation engines or NLP pipelines (preferred).
