What you'll do

Gather user requirements and manage project design teams including architects and consultants.
Generate accurate cost estimates across all stages of the project lifecycle from concept to construction.
Develop and manage budgets for various projects while coordinating with Finance for cash flow forecasting.
Create and implement creative contracting structures to align incentives and minimize risk.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related matters and internal stakeholders.
Manage relationships with consultants, regional contractors, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
Coordinate with external project management teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management.
Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.
Proficiency in CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.
Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time, including international travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with advanced manufacturing projects and construction management software (preferred).
