What you'll do

Design, build, and evolve internal infrastructure services written in Go as Kubernetes operators.
Manage systems to ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, observable, and reliable.
Utilize GitOps, Terraform, Prometheus, and Grafana to maintain infrastructure stability.
Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure including availability, performance, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Operate large-scale systems across tens of thousands of instances and multiple regions.
Influence the architecture and operational strategy for critical cloud service infrastructure.
Participate in an 8-hour, follow-the-sun on-call rotation.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree (preferred).
Strong programming skills in Go, Java, or Python to read, debug, and evolve code.
Deep understanding of systems internals including filesystems, memory, networking, and kernel behavior.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production and modern cloud-native ecosystems like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Expertise in automation and reliability practices including GitOps, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability.
Strong collaboration, communication, and ownership mindset to operate independently in a distributed team.
