What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience driving strategic productivity initiatives in SaaS, cloud platforms, or developer tools with AI experience.
  • Expertise in building distributed systems and infrastructure/tools to support them.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM integration, workflow automation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working in cloud-native platforms or developer ecosystems (preferred).
  • Prior leadership in scaling internal AI platforms or driving adoption across large organizations (preferred).
