JOB TITLE: Computer Support Analyst The Leidos Security and Engineering Programs team is seeking a Computer Support Analyst for the Center for Information Systems Security program. This role involves integrating new COTS and GOTS systems, including network equipment, servers, and workstations, into production environments to ensure mission readiness. You will manage change controls within a configuration management database, develop technical solutions for complex user and network issues, and audit systems using a Network Monitoring System. Key responsibilities include performing Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk support and datacenter troubleshooting. Required skills include Windows Server administration tools like Active Directory and Group Policy, Windows 11 troubleshooting, and Dell hardware configuration. Preferred experience includes virtualization, RAID, Cisco or Juniper troubleshooting, and scripting with PowerShell or Windows Command to resolve infrastructure and cybersecurity incidents.

What you'll do

  • Integrate new COTS/GOTS systems including network equipment, servers, and workstations into the production environment.
  • Manage change controls for documentation within a configuration management database and perform corrective actions.
  • Develop technical solutions and resolve complex issues for users, computers, servers, networks, and applications.
  • Record and update technical solutions consistently within a knowledge database and ticketing system.
  • Review data from Network Monitoring Systems and proactively audit systems to ensure program requirements are met.
  • Assess risks and remediate incidents based on historical data and system audits.
  • Analyze issues within an assigned area of responsibility and carry out remediation processes as an expert.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a BS degree with 2–4 years of experience, a Masters with less than 2 years, or a High School diploma with 6+ years of experience.
  • Must possess a final Top Secret clearance.
  • Must have team leadership experience.
  • Must have experience with Windows Server administration tools such as WSUS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and RDP.
  • Must have experience with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022/2025 troubleshooting.
  • Must have experience with GOTS/COTS application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Must have experience with Dell hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Must have experience with Tier 2 Help Desk support (75%) and Tier 3 support (25%).
