What you'll do

Provide weekly verification of PC and peripheral inventory across different networks.
Act as a liaison between various teams for tasking and inventory coordination.
Utilize inventory databases and other tools for accurate record keeping.
Troubleshoot, install, and configure Windows desktops and Microsoft Office Suite.
Configure user and computer accounts within Active Directory.
Support VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and remote administration tasks.
Execute PowerShell scripting to support technical operations.

What we're looking for

High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of additional education and/or experience.
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
DoD 8140 IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Experience troubleshooting, installing, and configuring Windows OS desktops and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Experience with remote administration, PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and VMware VDI (preferred).
