Computer and Information Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users via phone, in-person, and online channels.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripheral devices, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot networking components and standard business applications to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify and implement hardware and software solutions, including application customization to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
• Support user productivity through network connectivity, system training, and continuous process improvement.
• Manage assigned projects and support activities while maintaining strict data security and confidentiality standards.

What we're looking for

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in system administration across Windows environments.
• Experience maintaining users and computers in Windows Active Directory.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple support requests, projects, and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Experience managing projects and support activities with minimal supervision while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 20 lbs.
• Experience with Linux (preferred).
• Basic PowerShell scripting (preferred).
• Basic Atlassian understanding (preferred).
