Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience in database or software, familiarity with database technologies and developer personas, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Chorus.ai.

  • Strategically navigate diverse industries using a data-driven sales process.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in database or software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in competitive environments.
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, coachability, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Native Spanish language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack tools like Salesforce.com.
