What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience in database or software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in competitive environments.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, coachability, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure.
  • Native German speaking ability required.
  • Familiarity with database technology and developer personas preferred.
