Collaboration Lead

What you'll do

• Provide oversight for the Microsoft M365 platform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Manage day-to-day team activities including workflow prioritization, timelines, and customer experience.
• Perform program management tasks such as budget analysis, forecasting, staffing, and performance management.
• Configure and manage M365 security features including DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical implementations for large-scale infrastructure.
• Implement ITIL standards and processes within a dynamic data center operation.
• Use PowerShell automation to manage and maintain Microsoft cloud environments.
• Resolve technical issues and disputes from customers or clients while maintaining relationships.

What we're looking for

• US Citizenship and a clean financial background are required.
• Must be able to obtain a BI Full 6C (T4) public trust.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft's cloud environment.
• 2+ years of experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft's M365 platform.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Proficient in PowerShell automation, M365 security features, DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender for M365.
• Experience in a managed services IT environment (preferred).
