What you'll do

Operationalize ML software models and components to solve real-world business problems.
Write and test application code to develop and validate machine learning models.
Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models.
Leverage cloud-based architectures to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
Implement CI/CD best practices, including test automation and monitoring, for model deployment.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Monitor model performance for bias, drift, outliers, and explainability.
Coach team members on emerging technologies and technical best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Ability to coach others with minimal guidance and leverage diverse perspectives.
Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes for making sound decisions.
Advanced experience with software engineering, system design, and microservices architecture (preferred).
Advanced experience with machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch (preferred).
Advanced experience with model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and data integration/processing (preferred).
