What you'll do

  • Develop and adapt mathematical and statistical models to evaluate human performance and predict program outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, execution, and oversight of complex human performance research initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Conduct behavioral science research analysis using advanced statistics and innovative research methodologies.
  • Develop measures of effectiveness to evaluate enterprise-wide programs and improve individual and unit performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on program planning, budgeting, and technical requirements for government stakeholders.
  • Assist the government in developing official documentation including Capability Development Documents and training recommendations.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • PhD in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods to develop and apply models for scientific inquiry.
  • Expertise in human performance and behavioral science research analysis techniques.
  • Ability to lead research teams and execute projects within financial and time constraints.
  • US Citizenship.
