What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and adapt mathematical and statistical models to evaluate and predict program outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and expert advice on the design and execution of human performance research initiatives.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights and briefings for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Perform behavioral science research analysis using advanced statistics and innovative research methodologies.
  • Develop measures of effectiveness to evaluate enterprise-wide human performance programs.
  • Provide guidance on the development of Initial Capability Documents and other official government documentation.
  • Lead research teams to execute projects and studies within established financial and time constraints.
  • Establish and maintain analytical and methodological standards across various programs.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have a PhD in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science, or a related discipline.
  • Must have at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Must possess knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods to develop and apply models for scientific inquiry.
  • Must have knowledge of human performance and behavioral science research analysis techniques.
  • Must have the ability to lead research teams and execute projects within financial and time constraints.
