What you'll do

  • Conduct primary research to help clients navigate market trends and refine competitive strategies.
  • Design models to improve operational processes and create a seamless experience for clients.
  • Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather and document client requirements.
  • Shadow product teams to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-wide data integrations.
  • Perform data analytics assessments to support cloud migration and system implementations.
  • Identify creative solutions to address specific client needs and challenges.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations based on quantitative analysis of project information.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing workloads in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, active listening, and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Interest in and knowledge or experience with SAP Software.
  • Ability to work on-site in State College, PA, during the academic year.
  • Creative problem solving, quantitative analysis skills, and exposure to programming technologies like ABAP, SQL, or JavaScript (preferred).
