What we're looking for

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Must demonstrate leadership experience, active listening, and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Must be able to work on-site in State College, PA during the academic year.
Must have interest in and knowledge or experience with SAP Software.
Ability to apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions for client needs (preferred).
Foundational quantitative analysis skills and exposure to programming technologies like ABAP, JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL (preferred).
