What you'll do

  • Shadow product teams to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-wide data integrations.
  • Perform data analytics assessments and contribute to cloud migration projects across major platforms.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations based on quantitative analysis of client needs.
  • Apply creative and logical problem-solving techniques to address specific client challenges.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
  • Must demonstrate leadership experience, active listening, and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Must be able to work on-site in State College, PA during the academic year.
  • Must have interest in and knowledge or experience with SAP Software.
  • Ability to apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions for client needs (preferred).
  • Foundational quantitative analysis skills and exposure to programming technologies like ABAP, JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL (preferred).
