Intern Package Consultant - Salesforce 2027 is a role within IBM Consulting where you will work on client projects to gain professional experience and build a portfolio across diverse industries. You will perform primary research to navigate market trends, design models for operational excellence, and support workshops to capture and synthesize requirements from stakeholders. Your daily work involves shadowing product teams, performing data analytics assessments, and participating in cloud migrations and system implementations. The role requires an understanding of IA/Prompt Engineering and a growth mindset. Preferred technical skills include experience with SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Excel modeling, process mapping, and basic ABAP awareness. You may also utilize knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems to provide data-driven recommendations and solve complex business problems for clients through technology transformation.
Conduct primary research to help clients navigate market trends and refine competitive strategies.
Design models to improve operational processes and enhance the client experience.

What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's Degree or College Diploma (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in preferred majors like MIS, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Initiative to seek new knowledge, a growth mindset, and leadership experience with effective communication skills.
Understanding of AI/Prompt Engineering.
Willingness to travel as needed.
