Consultant Intern – SAP 2027 is a role within the consulting team where you will support client projects and contribute to SAP-related initiatives. You will work alongside experienced consultants to build a foundation in enterprise technology and business transformation by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams during workshops to understand business processes like finance, supply chain, procurement, and human resources. You will gain exposure to cloud technologies and platforms including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Analytics. Key skills include strong interpersonal communication, analytical thinking, and a growth mindset. Preferred technical proficiencies include SQL, XML, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, and project management tools like Jira or Agile methodologies to solve complex business problems through enterprise technology solutions.
Support client projects by contributing to SAP-related initiatives and business transformation efforts.
Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and reporting for SAP implementations.
Participate in workshops and meetings with functional and technical teams to understand client needs.
Work with enterprise applications and cloud technologies including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
Analyze data to develop evidence-based recommendations for business solutions.
Manage dynamic workloads within an agile project management environment.
Develop technical expertise in ERP systems and consulting methodologies.
What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with academic success in a related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication through active listening.
Interest in enterprise technology consulting, business transformation, ERP systems, or SAP solutions.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to apply a creative/logical approach to client needs, quantitative analysis skills, and exposure to specific technologies like SQL, XML, or SAP (preferred).
