What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing workloads in an agile environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance, if needed.
Ability to work on-site in State College, PA during the academic year.
Ability to travel or relocate as needed during academic breaks.
