What you'll do

Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Support workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to document business processes.
Translate documented business processes into specific D365 configurations.
Test and validate D365 configurations to ensure they meet public-sector compliance needs.
Document all system configurations and technical specifications for client use.
Assist in data migration activities and user acceptance testing (UAT) during CRM implementations.
Provide support for system design and overall project lifecycle activities.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Must be currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration, relationship building, and managing workloads in an agile environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening.
Interest in and knowledge or experience with SAP Software from projects or previous internships.
Ability to work on-site in State College, PA, for the required co-op schedule.
Exposure to programming technologies such as ABAP, SAP BTP, JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL (preferred); quantitative analysis skills (preferred).
