The role requires a background in finance or accounting and proficiency with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. You will solve critical business problems by modernizing financial systems and improving operational efficiency through ERP-related initiatives and large-scale business process consulting.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and redesign core financial processes like record-to-report and procure-to-pay to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in client workshops and meetings to gather requirements and document findings.
  • Synthesize complex information into actionable insights for clients.
  • Contribute to process improvement models and develop business cases for solution recommendations.
  • Translate technical concepts and financial requirements into terms that are relevant to the client.
  • Support enterprise-wide data integrations and other large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate their impact to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, passion for new knowledge, and a growth mindset.
  • Interest in finance transformation, ERP systems, or business process consulting.
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week during classes and 40 hours per week during academic breaks.
  • Foundational understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, ERP concepts, or data analysis tools (preferred).
