What you'll do

Translate customer and partner needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes for the product roadmap.
Lead product discovery to define problems, evaluate options, and determine minimum viable releases.
Prioritize features based on customer impact, risk, and business value within an agile delivery model.
Partner with engineering and design teams to define target state experiences, including journeys and wireframes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners to align on use cases and requirements.
Drive end-to-end product delivery from initial ideation through final launch and quality assurance.
Define and track key performance indicators to measure outcomes and guide continuous improvement.
Ensure all products meet regulatory compliance, security, and data protection standards in coordination with risk and legal teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent engineering field.
Nine or more years of product management experience, ideally in banking, fintech, payments, or card platforms.
Strong understanding of credit card and payment processing concepts, including issuance and platform capabilities.
Proven experience building digital products for web and mobile channels.
Experience delivering products using APIs and modern software architectures.
Experience working in agile delivery teams and managing a prioritized product backlog.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across a matrix organization without direct authority.
Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
